Cross Country Fitness
This term we are doing fitness to get ready for cross country.
Our exercises are running around the field for 15 minutes and running from the other goal post to another. Sometimes we put marker dots on our hand for how many laps we did.
One time I did 12 laps running around the field and another time I did 9 laps. This time I did 5 laps because my teacher said we could walk. I hate and I like cross country because it is good for you but it is really tiring. Have you been practicing for cross country?
